14-day unconditional return and exchange
I. Terms Overview
TechConnect INC is committed to providing every customer with an excellent shopping experience. In order to ensure that your rights are fully protected, we have specially formulated the following 14-day unconditional return and exchange terms. Subject to the provisions of this clause, you have the right to apply for an unconditional return and exchange within 14 days after receiving the goods.
II. Scope of Application
This clause applies to products purchased through the official website of TechConnect INC (techconnectgear.com) or other official sales channels.
The returned goods must keep the original packaging, accessories and gifts intact and have not been used or installed.
III. Return and Exchange Conditions
Unconditional return and exchange period: Within 14 days from the date you sign for the goods, you have the right to apply for an unconditional return and exchange.
Product status: The returned goods must be kept in a new, unopened, unused, undamaged state, and all accessories, gifts and original packaging must be intact.
Reason for return and exchange: You do not need to provide any reason for return and exchange, just apply for return and exchange within 14 days.
IV. Return and Exchange Process
Submit Application: Please submit a return and exchange application through the TechConnect INC official website customer service center or contact the customer service hotline, and provide the order number, product information and contact information.
Review and Confirmation: We will review your application as soon as possible after receiving it to confirm whether it meets the return and exchange conditions.
Shipment of Goods: After the review is passed, we will provide the return and exchange address and logistics requirements. Please return the goods as required and ensure that the logistics information is traceable.
Refund or Exchange: After receiving the returned goods, we will inspect and accept them. If the goods meet the return and exchange conditions, we will handle the refund or exchange procedures for you as soon as possible.
V. Notes
Logistics costs: The logistics costs incurred due to unreasoned returns and exchanges shall be borne by you. If the return and exchange is caused by product quality problems, we will bear the round-trip logistics costs.
Refund method: The refund will be returned in the original way according to the payment method you used when purchasing.
Replacement of Goods: If you choose to replace, we will replace you with a new product of the same model and specification. If the product is sold out, we will negotiate a refund or other solutions with you.
Special products: Some special products (such as customized products, consumables, etc.) may not be subject to these terms. Please refer to the product page or customer service notification.
VI. Disclaimer
If the return and exchange procedures cannot be handled on time due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), we will not bear any responsibility.
If the contact information you provide is inaccurate or you cannot be contacted, resulting in the return and exchange application not being processed in time, we will not bear any responsibility.
VII. Right of interpretation of terms
TechConnect INC reserves the final right of interpretation of these terms. If there is any dispute, we will try our best to negotiate with you. If the negotiation fails, both parties may submit to the court with jurisdiction for litigation.
VIII. Effective date
This term shall take effect from the date of publication and shall apply to all products purchased through the official channels of TechConnect INC.
